Rita Billbe is a retired Oklahoma City high school principal. She and her husband Mike now own and operate a small resort on the White River near Flippin, AR called Angels Retreat. She has been published in Chicken Soup for the Sister's Soul and Journal of the American Donkey and Mule Society.
