Check out an OWL meeting, they're the best around!!!
August is National Catfish Month, National Golf Month, National Eye Exam Month, National Water Quality Month,
Romance Awareness Month, Peach Month, and Foot Health Month. It's been a real challenge to come up with some kind of animation to fit all those. I
looked for a catfish with a golf ball in his mouth, wearing eye glasses, romancing the carp next to him, who was eating a peach and smearing polish on
her nails, but alas...I didn't find anything that would fit. So, it's just a simple song called I'm a Little Catfish.
Ozarks Writers League meets on the third Saturday one month a
quarter. Our meetings are in February, May, August and November. We meet at the
College of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri, just a few miles south of the
famous Branson, MO.
