A graduate of the U of A, Fayetteville, AR, a retired kindergarten and K—12 reading teacher, mother of seven and great-grandmother of 24, I write historical fiction, short stories, essays, and poetry—with  my native Ozarks the setting. My work has been published in The Ozark Mountaineer, Country, Sunset Magazine, local newspapers, Echoes, Vol. VII and (excerpts) in works of other writers.
